Are Candles & Tea Lights allowed?
Jaspers places Tall Tea Light Candles on All Guest Tables and Candles etc. on the Bridal Table
Where is the Dance Floor?
The Dance Floor is in Front of the Stage in The Orangery and is approx. 6m x 4m Or ‘In The Round’ with a max. number of 90 Guests

Does Jaspers provide Audio/Visual equipment including a microphone?
Please liaise with Your Band/DJ for additional Lighting and Sound Equipment

Who is responsible for Floral Installations in The Orangery?
Jaspers In-House Florists are Responsible for all Floral Installations including Bridal Tabletop Scapes, Wall Vases & Platter Arches etc.
What are Wall Vases?
Wall Vases are Hung on the Walls in The Orangery and are Arranged with Your Bespoke Blooms – POA
They Embellish this Beautiful Space without taking up any Floor Space
Can we add a Floral Stage Installation
Yes, Jaspers Florists can create a Bespoke Floral Stage Installation for You – POA
What Seating Plan can we have?
There are a few different Seating Plan Options that work well for Your Wedding Banquet in The Orangery
We do require You to fill out a Seating Plan and to Mark if anyone has any Dietary Requirements
The Events Team is then able to locate these Guests easily on Your Wedding Day
Do you have Round Tables or Banqueting Tables?
Guests are Seated at Round Dining Tables and the Bridal Table can either be Round or Long Guest Dining Tables seat 8 or 10 Guests
