We take Bookings 15 months in Advance of a Wedding Date

Yes, You have Exclusive Use of Jaspers and Grounds on the Day of Your Wedding

How many Guests can Jaspers Wedding Packages Accommodate?

Who is in Charge on the Day of Your Wedding?
Our Front of House Manager will Manage the Day According to Your Run Sheet Developed with You by Rosi, Ensuring Your Day Runs Smoothly.
They will Liaise with Your Vendors, make Announcements and Provide Additional Support to You During the Entirety of Your Wedding Day
Will I have the same dedicated Wedding Co-Ordinator throughout the Planning Process?
Rosi and Sue Liaise Directly with Every Couple that Marries at Jaspers
We will Help Guide You with Your Questions or Ideas anytime You Reach Out
Be Assured That Every Last Detail Is Managed On Your Big Day!
Do you host more than one Wedding per Day?
We only Host One Wedding per Day at Jaspers and that will be Your Wedding!
Do you allow Wedding Planners at Jaspers?
We do not allow Wedding Planners to work On-Site; Every Detail is Managed by Our Team!
You may Choose to use the Services of a Wedding Planner for Help Booking Your Suppliers and to Work out the Finer Details on Your Behalf.
However, we do not allow a Wedding Planner to take Charge or Run Your Wedding Day.
Therefore We Ask that Your Wedding Planner leaves You in our Capable Hands once You arrive at Jaspers
Can we use any Vendor?
Yes, We also have Available a Recommended Vendor List
You are also Welcome to Engage Vendors of Your Own Choice.
For all Vendors Engaged at Your Wedding, We Require All Details such as Phone Numbers, Email Addresses etc.
If any Supplier is Using Electrical Equipment, all Electrical Cords must be Tagged
By making a Booking at Jaspers We Assume that You agree to These Conditions
Do you allow External Florists to work On-Site?
We do not allow External Florists to work On-Site
All Floral Instalments are Arranged and Installed by Our In-House Floristry Team and This Policy is in Place to Protect our Branding
All Floristry Work on Socials has been Installed by Our In-House Team of Florists
Our Expert Floristry Team, Under the Guidance of Rosi, will Work with You to Create a Floristry Offering that Reflects Your Bespoke Look & Feel
We 
Creating Beautiful Floral Instalments!
You are Welcome to Engage an External Florist to Arrange Your Bouquets & Buttonholes
These can be Delivered to Jaspers on the Morning of Your Wedding
Alternatively, Jaspers can arrange Your Bouquets & Buttonholes
Are Dogs allowed at the Jaspers?
We know your Dog is more than Just A Pet… They’re Part Of Your Family!
That’s Why Jaspers is Proudly Dog-Friendly, so Your Four-Legged Friend can be Right By Your side on Your Special Day!
Your Dog can be On-Site and join You for Your Ceremony and in the Grounds for Photography
Your Dog must always be kept on a Lead
We strongly recommend a Dog Sitter or a Trusted Friend to Supervise them whilst You and Your Guests are busy
Under no circumstances can your Dog be permitted in the Accommodation or any Unauthorised Buildings
The Wedding Party is Responsible for Clearing Up after your Dog
Once your Dog’s Visit Concludes, Provisions must be in place for the Timely Collection of Your Dog
What time will our Wedding end?
The Band & Bar closes ½ hour Before the End of the Event and/or by 11.30pm with Guests to leave by Midnight
Any Event that exceeds the Designated Duration or After Midnight will Incur a Long Event Surcharge – Please Enquire
As Jaspers is located in the Country, please advise Your Guests to Arrange their Taxis or Transportation in Advance
Is there Seating Outside?
Yes, there are Chairs and Tables on the Verandahs and in the Garden Courtyards for Your Guests
Can we have any Outdoor Games?
Jaspers Provides Outdoor Chess, Noughts & Crosses, Pick-up-Sticks, Dominoes, Skittles and Giant Jenga Games
Is there Outdoor Lighting and Fairy Lights in the at Gardens Jaspers?
Yes, Jaspers Gardens has Fairy lights, Up Lights and Festoon Lighting
It is a Fairyland at Nighttime!
Is Jaspers Air-Conditioned?
Yes, the Whole Precinct is Air-Conditioned for Heating and Cooling and we have a Substation
Do you have Outside Heaters?
Yes, we have Chimineas to keep You Toasty in the Cooler Months
Can we put up Signs in the Grounds at Jaspers?
Yes, A-Frame Boards or Easels can be used for Signage
We cannot allow Signs to be Inserted into the Ground due to preserving the Gardens and Entrances
All your Signage must be removed when Leaving Jaspers
Is there anywhere for the Bridal Party and Groomsmen to get ready on the Morning of the Wedding?
Yes, the Bridal Party can Hire our Exquisite Bridal Salon and arrive at 9.00am on the Morning of Your Wedding
The Groom/men can hire The Gentlemen’s Club Lounge for Dressing & Photography
The Club Lounge can be accessed from Midday
Do you allow Coaches?
Yes, Mini-Buses and Coaches visit Jaspers every Weekend
Can we Park On-Site?
There is car parking at Jaspers for 50 cars
Cars may be left Overnight, at the Owner’s Risk, for collection the next Morning by 10am Latest
Can I bring a Caravan or Motorhome?
Campervans/Motorhomes and Caravans are Not Permitted to Stay in the Carparking Area or in O’Keeffes Lane
There is a Caravan Park in Berry located 5 minutes Away
Are we allowed to use Drones?
Drones are allowed above Jaspers but not above Neighbouring Farms due to Livestock
Are Fireworks allowed?
Out of consideration for Our Neighbours and Surrounding Livestock, We Do Not Allow Fireworks or any Pyrotechnics and this Includes Sparklers
For Exits and Farewells after the Reception Finishes, we suggest Glo Sticks, Light-Up Wedding Wands and/or Bubbles
Can we make any changes to the Wedding Packages?
You can Add on to the Wedding Package but cannot Remove any Items
You can only Increase the Number of Guests
Our Wedding Packages outlines the Minimum Number of Guests You will Charged on Your Final Invoice
Can we offer Alcoholic Wedding Favours?
Alcoholic Favours are Not Permitted at Jaspers Berry
Can we collect our leftover Alcohol and Memorabilia the next Day?
Yes, any Remaining Alcohol, Memorabilia and Flowers that You have Ordered can be collected the following Morning after Breakfast
Can we take away leftover Food?
No, due to Food & Safety Policy, no Food can be Taken after the Wedding Banquet from Jaspers Berry
The only exception is your Wedding Cake which will be Wrapped for Collection
Can we take our Flowers and leftover Alcohol the next Morning?
Yes, all Flowers ordered by You and any Remaining Alcohol will be left for Collection the following Morning
Is Jaspers Wheelchair friendly?
Yes, We have Ramps for all Entrances in place to Ensure the Comfort and Safety of all Guests and a Disabled Toilet Facility
Is Jaspers a Smoke-Free environment?
In line with the Law, Smoking is Not Allowed anywhere Inside the Buildings
Guests can Smoke in Designated Areas Outside and Receptacles are Provided
Do you offer Discounts?
Discounts are Not Offered to Anyone however we Sometimes have ‘Special Offers’
Does the Jaspers have WIFI?
Jaspers has WIFI and we share the Password with Your Guests
As Jaspers is located in the Country our Wi-Fi can be Intermittent in some Areas on The Property

What time can I get Married at Jaspers?
Your Ceremony Start Time can Range from 1.00pm to 5.00pm and This is Your Choice
The Wedding Package Timeline Starts from the Ceremony Start Time or the Time Guests Return from a Church Service
If a Ceremony involves both a Chinese Tea Ceremony and a Traditional Western Ceremony, the Start Time will Commence from the Time of the First Ceremony
Where is the Ceremony held?
The Ceremony is held in the Garden Courtyard
or in Front of the Rill
Is the Ceremony price included?
Yes, We Setup Your Ceremony in Our Garden Courtyard or in Front of the Rill
Are Chairs provided for the Ceremony?
Yes, Jaspers provides 20 Chiavari Chairs and Additional 40 Chairs can be Hired: POA
Does Jaspers provide a Registry Table?
Yes, Jaspers Provides a Marble Credenza Registry Table
Is there a Wet Weather Ceremony option?
Yes, if the Weather is not on Your side the Ceremony is held on the Verandahs surrounding The Orangery
We’re Experienced in South Coast Weather and have Contingency Plans for Every Scenario
Our Deep, Covered Verandahs Ensure Your Ceremony and Canapé Service Proceeds Beautifully, Rain or Shine
The Ceremony can Proceed in the Garden Courtyard with Umbrellas if Light Rain
We Monitor Weather Closely and Make the Call in Plenty Of Time
It is Always Good to have a Plan B… We Cater For All Possibilities!
Can we have a ‘First Look’ Photography Session?
Absolutely. A ‘First Look’ is a Wonderful Option if You want a Private, Emotional Moment to Connect before Your Ceremony
Scheduling a ‘First Look’ Allows You to Take Advantage of the Best Daylight and Creates Beautiful, Emotional Photo Opportunities Before the Official Formalities Begin
What about Music during the Ceremony?
Many Couples Engage Musicians to Provide Music during Their Ceremony
Please note Jaspers does not provide any Audio Equipment including Speakers and Microphones etc.
Generally, the Celebrant provides their own Audio System including a Microphone
Can we hire a Projector and Screen?
Yes, you are Welcome to Hire a Projector and Screen from an External Supplier and You will be Responsible to set this up
All Electrical Cords must be Tagged
Is there a local Church?
Yes, there are local Churches in Berry located a 5 minute drive away from Jaspers
Is Confetti allowed?
Yes, only Natural Petals such as Rose Petals or Bubbles are Permitted for Outside Use Only
Unfortunately, Biodegradable Paper Confetti is Unsuitable for Use at Jaspers
Confetti Bombs or Canons are Not Allowed Inside or Outside at Jaspers
Can we have Kissing Alpacas at Jaspers?
Alpacas are very welcome to attend Jaspers for Your Wedding Photography

For the Traditional Wedding Package where does the Wedding Banquet take place?
In The Orangery and it is a Seated Affair
Can you Cater for our Guests who are Vegetarian, Vegan or have Food Allergies?
Yes, Allergen, Vegan and Vegetarian adapted Menus are available to Guests with Dietary Requirements
If a Main has to be Individually Prepared & Plated a Menu Surcharge will Apply – POA
Can we bring our own Caterers?
It is Essential that we Provide a Consistently High Standard of Catering at Jaspers and therefore only We allow Our In-House Experienced Chefs to Work in our Commercial Kitchen
Our Chefs offer an Exceptionally High Level of Service using Quality Locally Sourced Ingredients
Should we provide our Vendors with a Crew Meal?
Yes, We Recommend that You provide Your Vendors with a Crew Meal
Most Suppliers will also Outline their Requirements for Food and Drink in Their Booking Contract
Do you offer a Tasting Service?
Jaspers does not offer a Tasting Service
Our Food is always Delicious, Bountiful and Well Received and our Bookings reflect this
You Wouldn’t Want it any Other Way and Neither Would We!
Can I bring my own Wedding Cake?
Yes, You are very Welcome to bring Your Own Wedding Cake
Externally supplied Cakes should be Set-Up on the Day by Yourself and/or Your Cake Maker
We are happy to Cut and Serve Your Cake on a Platter; there is a small Charge for this Service
We only take Delivery of a Wedding Cake after 11am on the Day of the Wedding
Jaspers also offers an In-House Wedding Cake Service and we make Exquisite Wedding Cakes!

Can I bring my own Food to our Wedding?
You are Welcome to Bring in Wedding Cakes and Favours for Your Place Settings
We do not Allow You to bring any Other Food On-Site for Your Wedding

Can I bring my own Alcohol?
Yes! Jaspers is a BYO Venue
You are Responsible to supply both Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages
There are no Corkage Charges however due to RSA Law, Bar Staff Charges Apply
One Bar Staff Member is engaged per 20 Guests for the Duration of the Event plus one hour to Set-Up & Take- Down
If Cocktails are Served (max. 2), up to 120 Guests, one additional Bar Steward is Engaged
With 120+ Guests 2 additional Bar Stewards are Engaged
Can I have a Champagne Tower?
Yes, You can absolutely have a Champagne Tower!
This makes for a Stunning Photogenic Moment
To Ensure Safety and a Smooth Flow, We have a few Standard Guidelines for Incorporating this Feature into Your Wedding Day
To allow stacking of Glasses, Coupe Glasses must be Used and a Drip Tray must be Used to Catch cascading Liquid and Protect our Flooring
Jaspers Team is not responsible to set-up a Champagne Tower

Do you provide Crockery, Napery & Glassware?
Yes, White Crockery, Cutlery, Table Linen and Glassware are All included in Our Wedding Packages
We do not allow any Crockery, Cutlery, Table Linen and Glassware to be Hired or Supplied Externally
Are Candles & Tea Lights allowed?
Jaspers places Tall Tea Light Candles on all Guest Tables and Candles on the Bridal Table
Where is the Dance Floor?
The Dance Floor is in Front of the Stage in The Orangery and is approx. 6m x 4m
What Seating Plan can we have in The Orangery?
There are a Few Different Seating Plan Options that Work well for Your Wedding Banquet
We do require You to Fill Out a Seating Plan and to Mark if Anyone has any Dietary Requirements, so the Events Team are able to Locate them easily on the Day
Do you have Round Tables or Banqueting Tables?
Guests are seated at Round Tables and the Bridal Table can either be Round or a Long Banquet Table

Is Jaspers Child friendly?
Yes, We Welcome Children, however, we Ask that They are Always Supervised by a Responsible Adult and/or a Nanny

What constitutes a Child?
Anyone under the Age of 12 Years Old
What Menu is available for Children?
Jaspers offers a Children’s Menu and this is Charged per Child at 50% of the Wedding Package Price
Do you provide Highchairs?
Jaspers does not Provide Highchairs, Bassinets, Cots or Children’s Bedding
Parents are welcome to bring these Items
The Party Scene
Is Music permitted Outside?
Yes, Music (Acoustic or from a Speaker) is permitted until 6pm
The Volume/Bass is Controlled by Our Team
Where is Evening Music permitted?
Evening Music is only Permitted Inside in The Orangery
In The Orangery there is a Stage for the Musicians to Set-Up and Perform
Dimensions are 6m wide x 4m deep and the Stage has Power Outlets
Are we allowed Smoke, Fog or Dry Ice machines?
Only Fog or Dry Ice Machines are Permitted at Jaspers
Are Fireworks allowed?
Out of consideration for Our Neighbours and Surrounding Livestock, We Do Not Allow Fireworks or any Pyrotechnics and this Includes Sparklers

Do you have On-Site Accommodation?
Jaspers has 8 Guest Rooms that can Sleep up to 18 Guests and Must be Hired on the Night of the Wedding
Can we stay the night before the Wedding?
Three months Prior to your Wedding if there is No Wedding Booked the Day Prior You are Welcome to Stay
All 8 Guest Rooms must be Booked and there are associated Housekeeping Charges, POA
Alternatively, if you want to Guarantee the Night before at the Time of Booking a Flat Surcharge of will Apply, POA
Is a Bond required?
Jaspers requires a Refundable Bond of $1,000
The Person who has Signed the Terms & Conditions is Responsible for the Behaviour of Their Guests
Do you have any other Accommodation?
Yes, Jaspers Owns another Property located in the Same Country Lane as Jaspers and is called Jaspers Meadows
This property can be Booked for Overflow Accommodation with a min. 2-night Stay and can Sleep 10 Guests, POA
We can Sleep 28 Guests Across Jaspers Berry and Jaspers Meadows
Is there Room Service?
There is no Room Service, Complimentary Bottled Water, Juice and Sweeties are left in the Guest Rooms
What Time is Breakfast served the following Morning?
Our Guest Room Tariff Includes a Hearty, Country Breakfast the next Morning
Breakfast is Served between 8:00am and 9:15am in the Guest House Dining Area
We offer You and Your Guests a Full English Breakfast with the Option of Pastries, Fruit and Cereals
What Time is Check-In and Check-Out?
The Accommodation is Available for Your Guests to Check-In from 2pm on the Day of the Wedding
Check-Out is by 10am the following Morning
Do you offer Early Check-In or Late Check-Out?
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are Unavailable
What Facilities are provided in the Guest Rooms?
All Guest Rooms have Ensuites and we Provide Towels, Hair/Shower Wash, Hair Dryer, Bottled Water, Iron & Ironing Board, TVs, Bar Fridge and Tea & Coffee Making Facilities
Pool Towels are provided
Are the Guest Rooms Air-Conditioned?
Yes, All Guest Rooms have Air-Conditioners and Ceiling Fans
Does the Guest House have a Pool?
Yes, Jaspers Guest House does have a Plunge Pool which is Available to Your House Guest to Use
In the Summer the Groom and His Men taking a Dip before the BIG Moment!
Is there Wi-Fi in the Guest Rooms?
We do have WIFI at Jaspers
As Jaspers is located in the Country this can be Intermittent in some Areas including the Guest House Precinct
Can my Guests book their Guest Room directly with Jaspers?
All payments must be made by the Hirer
To ensure You are in Complete Control of who Stays with You at Jaspers, We Ask You to Allocate Your Guests Their Guest Rooms
We Place their Name on Each Guest Room Door
If your Guests are Contributing to the Cost of their Stay, Payment for this should be Made Directly to You
Can I purchase Gifts for the Couple?
Of course! What a Lovely Way to let the Happy Couple Know You are Thinking of Them
Why not Arrange for a Bouquet of Flowers or a Bottle of Bubbles to be Delivered to Their Guest Room

The Guests Specs
What time can I arrive?
House Guests can Check-In from 2.00pm
Wedding Guests are Invited to Arrive half an hour Prior to the Start of The Ceremony
Are Children allowed?
Most definitely as Long as the Couple say so!
Children Supervision Must be in Place by a Nanny or Dedicated Carer
We welcome Children to our Guest House
Children must be Supervised at All Times and a Nanny Service or Dedicated Carer must be Engaged during a Wedding Function
Jaspers Berry does Not Provide Cots, Bassinets, Highchairs etc. for Infants
Parents are Welcome to Provide these Items
Do you allow Pets?
Only the Bridal & Groom can bring Their Dog
Is their additional Accommodation nearby?
Berry is located 5min away and there are Motels and Air BNB Holiday Rentals available
Alternatively Jaspers Meadows, our Sister Property, can be Booked for Overflow Accommodation with a min. 2-night Stay and can Sleep 10 Guests, POA
We can Sleep 28 Guests Across Jaspers Berry and Jaspers Meadows
