Upon Arrival
Guests are invited to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your Ceremony. During this time complimentary country Lemonades and light finger Sandwiches are served to your Guests. Your Wedding Celebration timeline commences from your Ceremony start time.

Exclusive Hire
When you book Jaspers Berry, the entire property is exclusively yours. No other Events. No other Guests. Just your Celebration.
Guest House Accommodation
- $380+GST per Room per night on the night of your Wedding. Includes a hearty country breakfast the following morning
- Eight Guest Rooms for your nearest and dearest
- All Eight Guest Rooms must be hired for your Wedding night excluding our Elopement Package
Overflow Accommodation - Jaspers Meadows
Additional accommodation is available to book as a pre and post nest for your you and your 
ones.
What you'll need to arrange
To help you plan your wedding day, here’s what you’ll need to consider separately
- Celebrant or Church Ceremony
- Photography and videography
- Bespoke stationery
- Hair and makeup artists
- Bespoke Estate Floral Arrangements, these are all arranged and installed by Jaspers Berry Florists
- Your bouquet and buttonholes (can be arranged through Jaspers Berry or an external florist)
- Entertainment, Band or DJ
- Wedding Cake (Jaspers Berry also offers this service)
- Guest transport (taxis and minibuses to the heart of Berry, approximately 5min drive)
- BYO, your beverages, including alcoholic & non-alcoholic, to be supplied. No corkage fees. Bar Staff charges apply

Is Jaspers Berry available year-round?
Yes, we host Weddings every day of the week, all year, pending availability.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 12-18 months in advance. We can also help to plan your Wedding with a very short lead time. Please Reach Out and we can assist you.
Can we visit before booking?
Absolutely! We encourage all couples to Book a Private Showround
How do we book?
First step is to have a chat and/or email your enquiry and include your preferred Wedding Package and date. Once you’ve fallen in love with Jaspers (and you will 
Jaspers!) we will discuss your chosen date and package.
Can we book sight unseen?
Yes! We have hosted many Wedding Celebrations to both overseas, local couples and celebrities who have booked without viewing Jasper’s in person … we are renowned for delivering beautiful Wedding Celebrations together with old fashioned country hospitality!

Can we have our Ceremony and Reception at Jaspers Berry?
Absolutely! We host Wedding Celebrations that include both the Ceremony and Reception. Alternatively, couples can have a Church Ceremony followed by the Reception at Jaspers.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

What's your wet weather plan?
We’re experienced in South Coast weather and have contingency plans for every scenario. Our deep, covered verandahs ensure your Ceremony and Canapé Service proceeds beautifully, rain or shine. The Ceremony can proceed in the Garden Courtyard with umbrellas if light rain.
We monitor weather closely and make the call in plenty of time, it is always good to have a plan B… we cater for all possibilities!
